Therapy Services

Individual

This form of therapy focuses entirely on you and the way in which you relate to yourself and others. Together we will explore the depths of your internal world, making meaning of your past and current experiences, connecting your behaviors to the needs, beliefs, and emotions that drive them, and cultivating greater insight into who you are and what you want your life to be.

Dyadic

This form of therapy focuses on the relationship that exists between two people (a dyad) — this includes romantic partners, family members, business partners, and many others. Dyadic therapy presents a unique opportunity to process conflict, gain mutual understanding, and heal together. A relationship that has survived rupture and repair is stronger than a relationship with no rupture at all.

Family & Triadic (3+ individuals)

When an attachment system needs healing, the focus of therapy is on the relationships between all members and the ways in which those relationships intersect and impact one another. This form of therapy is most often used for families and polyamorous relationships involving three or more partners. Family & triadic therapy sessions are generally longer in duration.
